What You'll Do :

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a manufacturing and industrial environment, while providing excellent customer service.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential incidents and / or unauthorized activity.

Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, utilizing problem-solving skills to assess and address the situation appropriately.

Maintain high visibility throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to established protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following the guidelines and instructions specific to the site.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
