We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on, public-facing role, you’ll plan and execute community events, brand activations, and outreach campaigns, represent our brand in the field, and foster meaningful connections with local audiences.

No prior experience required—we provide full training, mentorship, and a clear growth path into senior marketing, event management, or community outreach roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and brand activations.
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador at public events and networking opportunities.
• Manage all event logistics, including setup, staffing, materials, and breakdown.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners.
• Track and report event performance, audience engagement, and outreach results.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and professionalism at every event.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align field efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
