State Licensed Recovery Analyst

A company is looking for a Recovery & Resolution Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and document collection efforts including claim adjustments and coordination with external collection agencies

Evaluate audits and claims for potential recoupment, ensuring accuracy and making recommendations as needed

Prepare reporting on recovery processes to support pharmacy and client needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED required

National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)

2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, including claims processing and insurance or billing experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Current Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
