Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new hires
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Conduct performance management and improvement systems
• Handle employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
