As a Senior Automation Service Technician II , you will be a designated customer advocate who will assist in providing tailored service and support. It is well suited to an individual with strong technical skills who enjoys solving problems as much as working directly with people. This role has up to 50% travel and will be aid in commissioning and servicing systems in the field, while also supporting the Service and Controls team in house.

The Senior Automation Service Technician II will spend their time in-house at our Denver facility providing remote support as well as supporting our in-house Testing & Controls team during factory acceptance testing on new equipment. A willingness to learn and develop new ideas, problem solve, and think quickly is key to success in this role. A general mechanical aptitude and electrical understanding, and willingness to provide support is also key for the role.

The Service team, based in Denver, CO is responsible for programming, commissioning, upgrading, servicing, and troubleshooting our deployed robotic automation and packaging systems both in-person and remotely.
