A company is looking for an Industry Solutions Consultant (Remote, Central & Eastern Time Zone Preference).

Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers to identify business challenges and recommend tailored solutions

Lead solution implementations and provide industry-specific guidance for optimizing workflows

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to engage customers in discussions about process optimization and technology adoption

Strong consultative background with exposure to relevant industries such as tax, accounting, or manufacturing

Experience in business automation or enterprise content management solutions

Proven ability to document client requirements and create solution specifications

Familiarity with Windows-based environments and knowledge of SQL and programming languages like C# is preferred
