As a Plastics Injection Molding - Process Technician at EVCO Plastics, you will be expected to engage in various hands-on tasks that ensure efficient production processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up and adjusting injection molding machines, monitoring production runs, and conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machinery issues and implement solutions to maintain operational efficiency.

Your schedule will primarily be on the 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed to meet production demands. This role requires punctuality and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, making effective communication and teamwork essential to achieving daily production goals.
