Your Role Responsibilities :

Lead a variety of technology-driven projects, guiding a talented team in building distributed microservices and comprehensive full stack solutions aligned with the company's regulatory framework.

Share your enthusiasm for technology trends, mentor fellow software engineers, and engage in both internal and external tech communities to foster growth and innovation.

Collaborate effectively with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans on their financial journeys.

Leverage your experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and a range of AWS services.

Essential Qualifications :

Completed Bachelor’s Degree.

A minimum of 4 years' experience in software engineering (excluding internship experience).

At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree.

7+ years of proficiency in at least one of the following : JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

3+ years of cloud service experience (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc.).

4+ years working with open source frameworks.

1+ years of experience in people management.

2+ years of background in Agile methodologies.

Please note : Our McLean, VA office offers a competitive salary range of $193,400 - $220,700 for this role, and it is open to candidates located elsewhere subject to respective salary ranges. This position includes potential performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package to support your overall well-being.
