Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for creating exceptional dishes in a high-energy, upscale environment? We want you to be part of our dynamic kitchen team!

Schedule : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts required

Your Role :

As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Prep & Precision : Stocking fresh ingredients, preparing components before each meal service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Culinary Execution : Preparing food in a timely manner and according to our meticulously crafted recipe cards.
  • Inventory Management : Maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and restocking when necessary.
  • Safety First : Adhering to all food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.
  • Team Collaboration : Participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement : Performing other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.
  • Ethical Standards : Adhering to all company policies regarding ethics and integrity.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Experience : At least two years of previous experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
  • Certification : Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification.
  • Culinary Knowledge : Proficiency in upscale culinary techniques and recipes.
  • Composure Under Pressure : Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
  • Time Management : Excellent time management skills.
  • Physical Stamina : Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
