POSITION SUMMARY :

The Maintenance Stockroom Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the stores' operations supporting the maintenance function and providing service to other organizational units. The coordinator is responsible for the determination of the overall inventory level, minimum / maximum levels and the requisitioning, storage and control of all material stocked in the storeroom. In addition, the coordinator is responsible for the preparation, distribution, and updating of the stores' catalog-hard copy and / or on-line.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Receives stores, issues, and controls all materials required for operation and maintenance of the factory.
• Responsible for receipt, recording and stocking of part for use in the facility and continuing verification of the accuracy of the inventory values.
• Complete Cycle Counting reports and counting and provides input and support to improve accuracy.
• Interact with maintenance and production associates and their supervisors in

coordinating parts and supplies processes.
