REGISTERED NURSE - FLOAT STAFF\n\n15k sign on bonus\n\nFull time position-12 hour shifts, A / M Rotations\n\nRegistered Nurse Responsibilities : \n

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various departments as assigned.\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.\n
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as per protocols.\n
• Assist with patient education and emotional support.\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.\n
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications : \n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minnesota.\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.\n
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in acute care settings.\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.\n
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
