What you'll need :

  • Bachelor of Science / Doctor of Pharmacy required.
  • Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing.
  • Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred.
  • 5 years of hospital and / or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred.
  • Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
  • ACLS Certification (Inpatient) is required within one year of date of hire.

    • Schedule : .01 FTE; 0-16 hr / week; Variable Shift (M-F 0630 or 1230; S / S 0700-1700); Days can vary
