Join Hibbett as a Manager In Training - Full Time. The Manager in Training is responsible for assisting the Store Manager regarding overall operations and administrative duties.
The Manager in Training is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store, assisting in determining methods and approaches to accomplish store goals and initiatives. They uphold policies, procedures, and standards, promoting sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets
- Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans
- Assume responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers
- Ensure quality customer service and maintain profitability
- Perform administrative duties and train in Store Manager responsibilities
- Promote services and merchandise, following company policies and procedures
- Protect company assets and inform management of potential fraud risks
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager, carrying out responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications
