Job descriptionCleaning, scrubbing / stripping and waxing, buffing, etc. various hard surface floor types Must be respectful and cooperative with all supervisors, management, and coworkers Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment Clean background - no misdemeanors or felonies required Previous experience of at least 1 year working as a floor tech required Experience with carpet cleaning using a truck mounted system a plus but not required Must have a smartphone, active at all times for clocking in through app Ability to work independently and efficiently Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license Flexible work schedule Possible opportunity for additional hours based on availability and performance Positive and inclusive work environment
