The Opportunity
Adobe's Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Sales Director, Adobe Firefly Services, will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe's Firefly business for the industry segment in the Americas. This includes many of Adobe's largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 Front Line Managers and 24+ individual contributors. This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.

In conjunction with the product teams, develop and implement a winning strategy for the business. It is imperative to lay the foundation for long-term success.
Build a team of top achievers. This requires every individual to have a development plan which includes a path for building capabilities that ensure a successful career inside Adobe.
Collaborate with the internal Adobe ecosystem and Adobe partner teams to ensure that all parties are aligned and are completing the short-term and long-term goals of the organization.
Drive bookings for the business in the "Industry" segment. Deliver performance against goals consistently and predictably.
Build executive level relationships within the marketing (CMO), creative, and IT (CTO / CIO) roles at our customers.
Lead with dedication in the field
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory
What You Need to Succeed
7-10+ years managing high-performance teams of at least 20 individuals to over-attainment of goals
A validated sales track record in solution-based SaaS offerings with consistent over-achievement of sales targets in past positions.
Experience selling Content Management Systems or Work Management Software
Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with sophisticated customers at the executive levels
Must have a strong understanding and experience running a long-term, complex sales cycles across various verticals
Dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance
Passion, energy, great attitude
A proven plan for building and running successful sales teams
Empathy and high EQ to do it the "right" way
Superior customer-facing attributes both internally and externally
Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to "win people over"
Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $281,900 $459,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
