Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Case Management : Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including, but not limited to, commercial disputes, employment issues for employers, and general civil litigation. Must be able to represent both plaintiffs or defendants. Conduct legal research. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Develop and implement effective case strategies. Draft and respond to discovery.
• Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary information. Advise clients on legal issues and potential courses of action.
• Court Appearances : Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
• Negotiation and Settlement : Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Legal Research and Analysis : Stay current on legal developments and precedents relevant to assigned cases. Analyze and apply legal principles to specific case facts.
