We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position :

Home Health Nurse - RN -PRN - Part-time

Job Description :

As a home health nurse RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patients physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA / HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices / tools / medications that might improve patients quality of life.

Job Requirements :

Current FL State RN license is required.
