Filler Operator (BHG)

Job Opportunity: Filler Operator

Aclient of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Filler Operator to their team.

Permanent opportunities after completing contractual hours.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, operate, and maintain filling machine
• Perform quality checks to ensure package integrity and package quality
• Perform nominal maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure Redzone inputs are accurate and complete.
• Document all events, such as stops, starts, splices, and troubleshooting
• Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed.
• Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Filler Operators

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 6+ months food processing or production experience preferred
• Forklift certifiable
• Detail-oriented, able to work with moderate supervision
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Clear communication in English (read, write, speak)
• Solid basic math; able to read charts/monitors
• Physically able to push/pull heavy loads and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, e/o Saturday, 6PM – 6:30AM
Pay: $19+/hr. + $1.50 shift differential

Note: This position concludes in July 2026. Candidates who remain active through the end of the month will be eligible for four weeks of pay, plus a $1,000 bonus for each month worked, upon transition to a regular employee.
