A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for HR Talent Development & Learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Organize and coordinate logistics for courses, programs, and special events
Monitor project progress, track data, and ensure timely delivery of programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
Exposure to improvement methodologies such as LEAN preferred
Demonstrated ability to leverage program management tools preferred
Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus
