Job descriptionProvide general patient care to address physical and psychosocial needs. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Communicate changes in patient status to RNs and LPNs promptly. Monitor and document patient data accurately. Maintain a safe environment that supports positive patient outcomes. Transport patients safely as needed. Perform assigned clinical duties within the scope of practice. High School graduate or equivalent. Completion of a certified nursing assistant program preferred but not mandatory. Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification upon hire. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required upon hire or within the introductory orientation period. Strong communication skills in English and basic computer skills are needed.
