We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. $62,400 - $72,800 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment for homes and offices
• Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
• Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers
• Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Check newly installed components to make sure they work
