Base Pay Range

$65,500.00 / yr - $98,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by setting goals, managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and distributing documentation.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns, consult with others when needed, and recommend corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs.
• Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, and create a culture of belonging where associates feel seen and supported.
• Act with integrity, promote ethical standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals and community impact.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR

1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR

2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR

2 years supervisory experience.
