As a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will be designing solutions for the ServiceNow platform and will be responsible for the overall architectural design of a large-scale enterprise application using best practices. In addition to creating technical solutions, you will also be responsible for developing technical documentation and implementation guides in liaison with the companys Enterprise Architect.

Provide and socialize domain, architecture, and technical projects for the businessProvide strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trendsAnalyze and estimate the time required to design, develop and implement technical solutionsParticipate in business requirements meetings and provide a framework and inputs for developers to operate withinPrepare flows and workflows for overall solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders and members of the platform teamKnow end-to-end ServiceNow modules and solutionsInterface with business subject matter experts where requiredDevelop system documentation, including design documents, process flows, and secure development standardsDefine the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful deploymentHost Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions for approvalPropose integration methodologies with other systems as requiredDevelop Visio diagrams and high / low-level designsManage upgrade cyclesEvangelize and implement new release functionalities to add business valueReview instance performance and propose improvements to the end-user experienceManage all security and audit related activities compliant with a SOC 2 & SOX environmentEssential Skills
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions5+ years experience in an Enterprise environment with multiple integration points5+ years experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions5+ years experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow solutionsStrong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutionsExcellent understanding of ITIL processes5+ years experience with web technologies5+ years experience with industry standard productivity tools (Excel, Visio etc.)Experience collaborating with virtual teams across multiple regions.Experience using mainstream development methodologies e.g. waterfall and agileExpert-level diagramming (Visio)Natural communicator : Able to engage your stakeholders, colleagues, and team members in a natural way both verbal and written. You speak clearly, coherently and are persuasive. You foster an environment where people feel free to communicate.Experienced facilitator, prepare and facilitate interviews and workshops, being creative in choosing the right format to ensure stakeholder buy-in.Experience delivering global, enterprise-wide deliverables.Essential Certifications (MUST HAVE)
