A company is looking for an Associate Career Advisor to provide foundational career support to students and alumni.

Key Responsibilities

Provide career coaching and feedback on application documents and job search strategies

Develop and maintain self-service resources for diverse learners

Utilize technology to assist students and alumni in their career development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of career services or recruiting experience, or equivalent

Knowledge of career development from a university or recruiting environment

Proficiency with new technologies and service delivery methods

Ability to adjust working hours to meet student and alumni needs

Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in relevant fields preferred
