Competitive salaries based on experience and specialty certifications for Physical Therapist. Looking to grow in your orthopedics career while earning advanced certifications? Our total incentive and development package totals $30,000. $15,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who already hold an orthopedic or sports board certification. $6,000 sign-on bonus for clinical professionals $5,000 additional bonus for the completion of a residency or manual therapy certification $15,000 towards an orthopedic residency program with Evidence In Motion We pay your student loan lender directly, before taxes. Developing individualized treatment plans for patients Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed Educating patients and family members about the recovery process Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in state of practice. CPR preferred. Developing individualized treatment plans for patients Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
