We're looking for experienced and credentialed Auditing Team Lead, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate for this role possesses high attention to detail and a depth of knowledge in medical terminology. This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule, allowing you to help shape the future of healthcare from your own workspace!

What you will do :

• Auditing Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Auditing Supervisors in monitoring coders in quality and efficiency, serving as a resource and facilitator while assisting in monitoring quality and production of the auditing team.
• Reviews rebuttals submitted by coders. Provides education to the coder if the error is correct or sends the rebuttal through the process if they agree the coder's initial coding was correct.
• Answers coding questions for assigned auditors; trending the questions to identify opportunities for additional training.
• Tracks audits completed per coder to ensure coders are receiving timely feedback.
• Support new hires released to the production team by being their auditor-buddy.
• Conducts one on one with coders focused on quality improvement.
• Assists in tracking coder KPI and quality metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coaches employees who are not meeting the expectations including

recommending performance improvement initiatives as needed.
