Nurse Practitioner - Oncology | Medical and Hematology

Community Health Network, in collaboration with Community Hospital Oncology Physicians, LLC, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (5 years' experience minimum) to collaborate with medical / hematology oncologists at Community Hospital North & Community Hospital Anderson.

Desired requirements

Minimum of five (5) years experience in a clinical setting (beyond training)

Board certification and IN medical state license required

Desire to function in a highly collaborative atmosphere

Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
