RSC2 is seeking an experienced Acquisition Logistician to develop and perform logistics management operations that involve planning and coordinating the execution of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for EW systems for Product Manager Tactical Spectrum Warfare (PdM TSW) located in Aberdeen, MD!

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for development, coordination, preparation, evaluation, and review of all logistical management and planning documents within assigned systems from early developmental stages through the entire life cycle of product.
• Monitors the status and quality of logistical contractual services and products
• Evaluates progress in attaining logistics objectives. Serves on logistics management teams. Develops and recommends new logistics support concepts.
• Develops and implements acquisition logistics program activities including logistics, technical documentation, RAM, configuration management control, provisioning, etc.; coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolves logistics problems; and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
• Oversees planning, implementation, delivery of logistics support for new equipment training, new equipment fielding, tests, demonstrations, and field exercises. Develops the initial Product Support Strategies (PSS) for assigned system(s) and oversees the development of other logistics planning activities, including development of Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) that document the plan for formulating, integrating, and executing the PSS (including any support contracts) to meet the warfighters mission requirements.
• Familiar with respective logistics and fielding databases
• Performs the full range of planning, liaison, equipment, and control of logistics phases of field exercises and tests. Requires the ability integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.
• Implements PEO / DA / DOD policy and procedures of acquisition to provide support of the program manager’s requirement to field fully supportable systems / equipment and meeting operational requirements for the soldier in the field.
