CNC Programmer

We’re hiring a skilled CNC Programmer II to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, optimizing programs for efficiency, and collaborating closely with production teams to deliver high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret 2D blueprints and 3D CAD models (GD&T)
• Program using Mastercam or similar CAD / CAM tools for 3- & 4-axis CNC mills
• Create and edit G- & M-code
• Select, design, and plan job-specific cutting tools and fixtures
• Produce detailed setup sheets and machining instructions
• Partner with machinists and operators to enhance machining parameters and workflows
• Support tooling standardization & capital equipment initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing processes
• Mentor junior programmers and help advance team technical skills
• Ensure full compliance with safety and quality requirements

What You Bring

• 2+ years of combined machining & CNC programming experience
• Proficiency in CAD / CAM software ( Mastercam / SolidWorks preferred )
• Strong blueprint interpretation & GD&T knowledge
• Excellent technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

• Works around noise, vibration, and active machinery
• Must wear safety glasses & steel-toed shoes in production areas

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time | 40 hrs / week
• Mon–Fri | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
• OT opportunities may arise
• $36 per hour
