Abeka Educational ConsultantThe Educational Consultant supports the Field Sales Office team by providing curriculum presentations, teacher training, and classroom coaching. The Consultant assists in the planning and preparation of sales events, training seminars, and other venues designed to help the Christian school instructor maximize the Abeka curriculum and improve teaching skills. The Consultant travels extensively, advising customers, Sales Reps, and teachers.

Plan Events

Research and prepare training programs for Sales Reps, Customer Service Agents, and customers. Assist in planning and preparing other sales office calendar events.

Advise on Curriculum

Advise and train Sales Reps, Customer Service Agents, and distributors concerning curriculum. Visit schools to observe classrooms and coach administrators and teachers on curriculum best practices to improve effectiveness of instruction.

Present Curriculum

Prepare and present workshops at Field Rep training events, on- and off-campus clinics, conventions, and other educational events. Conduct regional and local in-service meetings.

Demonstrate Curriculum

Work with customers directly at on- and off-campus events including school and homeschool conventions to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Abeka curriculum.

Education

College Degree : Business (Required), College Degree : Education (Required), MBA, MS : Education

Work Experience

1+ years of teaching with Abeka, 1+ years teaching at PCC or PCA, 1+ years teaching in a Christian school

Physical Requirements and Skills

Detailed, Microsoft Office, Strong Interpersonal Skills (Inactive), Willing to travel extensively, Written and Verbal Communications (Inactive)
