Job description7+ years of product management experience Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment 7+ years of experience working within the healthtech space, ideally in RCM and / or B2B products Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success. Experience managing both external and internal (Customer Success, Implementations, etc.) stakeholders Experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or equivalent Proficiency in SQL $210k to $240k base + equity Medical, Dental & Vision Comprehensive plans with leading insurance providers, covering 90-100% of your premiums and 70-90% for dependents, depending on the plan. Staff Product Manager, New Products
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own, shape, and scale a new game-changing AI product, driving its commercial impact and industry adoption. As a Staff Product Manager, New Products, you will research, define, and lead the evolution of this platform. Your role involves deeply understanding user workflows, refining platform capabilities, and ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client success to scale the product and balance innovation with execution. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy, you'll have the autonomy to execute, while aligning on market trends and growth strategy.
This role is fully remote within the US.
What You'll Do
- Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market.
- Identify high priorities based on user needs and value.
- Engage with customers to understand their workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Write and standardize product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.
- Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions to continue to innovate and evolve the product.
- Lead cross functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers through the product development lifecycle from inception to launch of new features.
- Communicate your strategic vision for the product to cross functional stakeholders, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment.
