TITLE : Controls Engineering Supervisor

Comp : From $90,000 - $115,000 / yr

Location : Lancaster, OH

Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Controls Engineering Supervisor direct hire position in Lancaster, OH.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the controls engineering team to keep production systems running efficiently and reliably.
• Lead troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, and MES issues to reduce downtime.
• Manage preventive maintenance and improvement projects to boost equipment performance.
• Provide daily guidance and support to engineers and technicians to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
• Identify and fix control system problems to improve uptime.
• Review system performance and recommend improvements.
• Implement new automation technologies to increase efficiency.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, and schedules for control system work.
• Serve as the main contact for all control system issues.
• Report project updates and system performance to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
