Direct Hire Facility Name : Warren Clinic - Springer Building

Pay Range : $20.83 - 28.52

Shift / Schedule Details : Days / Mon - Fri / 8 : 00- 5 : 30pm

Incentives (Sign-on Bonus / Relocation) : $2,500 w

1 year work commitment

Additional Notes (if any) : LPN, 0-1 Yr experience, must have valid Certifications. Epic knowledge
