GLO Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving / Parts Clerk to join a fast-paced fabrication shop in Plaquemine, LA. The rate of pay is $25 / hr depending on experience and work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am 4 : 30 pm.

Position Summary :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping logistics, and parts coordination, along with strong computer and forklift operation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments, pack items securely, and generate shipping labels
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill orders efficiently
• Order and supply tools and parts for shop personnel
• Assist with training new hires
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
