• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA and / or MST strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in a multi-state corporate or public accounting environment with SEC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, including stock-based compensation and uncertain tax positions.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with LongView is a plus.
