Press Brake Operator

Dayshift 6am – 2 : 30pm

$20–22 / hr DOE

Are you a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and experience in metal fabrication?  A local manufacturing facility is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. This position involves operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components and offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components per blueprints or job orders
• Select proper tooling and machine settings for each job
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools and gauges
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the equipment is in safe operating condition
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
• Work with the production team to meet schedules and minimize downtime
