Our unit comprises 4 1 beds ; we have a patient ratio averaging 5-6 : 1 it is our goal with our new team model , where every patient is assigned an RN , LPN and C NA it is our goal for the ratio t hen be 10 : 2 . Given the high modality of the cases we handle, our nursing team thrives on great communication , o ngoing team support and training within the workplace. What We're Looking For : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required . Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing . Current valid North Carolina nursing license required . 1 year of acute nursing experience, prefered. What You'll Do : Provide specialized care and monitor patients closely. Work with healthcare teams to develop care plans for patients. Manage complex conditions and perform necessary procedures. Respond quickly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions. Educate patients and families on care and treatment options. Accurately document patient information and care interventions in medical records.
