The Nurse Residency Program offers a structured and supportive environment for new nurses to develop their skills and transition smoothly into their professional careers. The program coincides with the unit you are hired into.

Overview

Education Qualifications :

• Target audience : Newly licensed nurses or soon to be RNs with less than 1 year of experience.
• Goal : To support new graduate nurses in their transition from novice nurse to competent nurse through professional development.
• Length : 1 year program
• Shifts : 0.7-0.8 FTE working Day / Night (some 12-hour shifts or D / E availability)
