Lead AJO Developer (Remote)

As an AJO Developer, you will be the lead point of contact for all AEP related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members, and clients. We believe remote work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Location : Remote

Role & Responsibilities :

• Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Translate business requirements into AJO journeys, including customer segmentation, journey branching
• Integrate AJO with AEP Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems
• Build real-time decisioning and message personalization using AEP data
• Integrate AJO with email, SMS, push, and other communication channels
• Test, debug, and optimize journey workflows and message templates
• Troubleshoot and debug AJO applications provide technical support to development teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills :

Applications will be accepted until 10 / 28 / 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
