Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support and resolve member inquiries efficiently

Drive member engagement from enrollment through program completion

Collaborate with Physical Therapists to offer personalized support and establish connections with members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 2 years relevant experience in a service-based environment preferred

1+ years of experience in Tech Support, Call Center Support, or Customer Service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated personal accountability and commitment to quality

Proficient use of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
