We are hiring an Therapeutic Rehabilitation Services Facilitator, located in Springfield Ky.

The Ther Therapeutic Rehabilitation Services Facilitator will assist licensed behavioral health professionals in the delivery of psychiatric rehabilitation services within the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program.

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in improving their daily living skills and overall functioning.

Also, will facilitate group and individual teaching sessions, provide direct support to clients, and contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment.

This position requires in-person, on-site presence..

Key Responsibilities :
