Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily irrigation service operations, including technician dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage field technicians and office staff for seamless service delivery.
- Conduct client consultations, prepare estimates, and present irrigation design proposals.
- Provide technical expertise and support during complex repairs and installations.
- Manage seasonal irrigation programs (startup, shutdown, winterization).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and water-usage regulations.
- Track labor, materials, and profitability to meet financial targets.
- Partner with company leadership on forecasting, planning, and process improvements.
