Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney – Requirements & Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolLicensed attorney (Maryland preferred, but open to other jurisdictions with relevant experience)3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactionsExperience drafting and negotiating leases, licenses, and easementsAbility to manage a significant workload across multiple clients and projectsMust Haves
