Job description

UCSF Health and the UCSF Department of Psychiatry have varied opportunities available for adult psychiatrists for both inpatient and outpatient services across our clinical service line.

What kinds of opportunities are available?

Inpatient, outpatient, and consultation-liaison psychiatry services
Outpatient services within an integrated clinic model
Participating in teaching, supervision, and assessment of trainees, residents and fellows
Engaging in innovation and continual improvements in clinical and educational programs

Board-certified / eligible Psychiatrist

Requirements :

Candidates must hold an MD or equivalent degree.

Candidates must hold a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base salary range for this position is $102,600-$309,800. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
