Overview

Our large banking client is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our commercial banking team. This role is critical in managing the client journey, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or treasury management and a proven ability to provide timely, accurate, and proactive client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within assigned market verticals.
• Manage client onboarding for deposit accounts and treasury services.
• Handle and escalate research requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to foster communication, alignment, and partnership.
• Advocate on behalf of clients and coordinate with internal experts to ensure continuity of care.
• Recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities to appropriate business line partners.
