Intellectual Property Paralegal

A company is looking for an IP Paralegal to support a range of intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, file, and prosecute trademark and copyright documents

Manage trademark and copyright assignments and maintain the IP docket

Assist in trademark enforcement matters and conduct trademark searches

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related fields; Paralegal Certificate preferred

5+ years of experience in trademark prosecution

Proficiency in relevant technical tools and trademark databases

Experience in the pharmaceutical and / or healthcare sectors is a plus

Familiarity with U.S. and international trademark filing processes
