Customer CNC Applications Specialist

Description

Customer Support :

Provide operational and technical support to customers.

Conduct operator training classes onsite and at customer facilities.

Offer phone-based customer support for technical inquiries.

Perform on-site applications process development to optimize machine performance.

Sales Support :

Assist sales staff with technical expertise and demonstrations.

Conduct machine demonstrations during customer visits and trade shows.

Process machine samples for potential new customers.

Develop cutting technology for new product models to support product innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Technical aptitude
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge / Understanding of CNC machinery
• Open to travel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00 / yr.
