Job Title : Licensed Social Worker Inpatient Behavioral Health

Location : Rhinelander, WI

Pay Information : $2,300 to $2,360 per week

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Shift : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Hours : 40 Guaranteed Hours / Week

Charting System : EPIC (Preferred) Position Overview :

Hiring for compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team. This role focuses on providing psychosocial support, counseling, discharge planning, and collaboration with both court and community partners within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for adult patients in an inpatient behavioral health unit.

Participate in treatment planning with the care team.

Coordinate and lead patient group sessions and therapeutic interventions.

Develop and implement discharge plans, ensuring seamless transitions of care.

Act as a liaison between patients, families, court systems, and community organizations.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (EPIC preferred).

Collaborate closely with nurses, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals.

Requirements :

Education : Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) Required

License : Active Wisconsin Social Work License Required

• BLS Certification

Experience :

Minimum 1 year in social services / counseling within a hospital acute care setting

Preferred : Inpatient behavioral health experience (not general medical floor SW)

Travel Experience : Not required, 1+ preferred
