Pricing Manager - Upper Marlboro, MD
Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a leading environmental services organization in Upper Marlboro, MD in their search for a Pricing Analyst to join their team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Pricing & Proposals
Prepare and analyze pricing for new customer accounts, proposals, and competitive bids.
Develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Support management with financial modeling, cost analysis, and pricing strategy development to optimize profitability.
Account Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Administer and track contract renewals, extensions, and amendments while ensuring pricing accuracy.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess profitability and contract compliance.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, service issues, and billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Contract & Compliance
Review customer contracts to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Monitor service levels and ensure terms are implemented correctly in collaboration with operations and billing teams.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure records are organized and up to date.
Program Administration
Manage the company's Annual Price Increase Program, including data analysis, customer notifications, and system updates.
Maintain accurate pricing data, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Prior account management, pricing analysis, or financial modeling experience (environmental services industry preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate customer agreements.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
