About This Role :
In the role of Social Media Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the external representation of Google Data Centers on behalf of our clients across the U.S. and globally. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and managing campaigns across multiple social media channels while leveraging existing Google brand assets, including copy, design, images, and videos.
You will play a pivotal role in project management for all external engagement as the brand's voice, ensuring the full scope of campaign development is managed—from copywriting and design to photo and video production. Your focus will be on translating business priorities into captivating digital content while maintaining a strong, consistent online brand presence.
This strategic role is instrumental in merging storytelling with measurable impact, boosting engagement through insightful, data-driven social media initiatives.
Your Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar that aligns with business priorities and important company initiatives.Manage leadership and stakeholder expectations concerning content and performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams and creative vendors to strategize and launch compelling campaigns.Work closely with the insights team to monitor social performance metrics (likes, comments, follows, CTAs).Coordinate paid media strategies to reinforce social media campaigns.Create clear, on-brand copy and continuously edit posts to uphold consistent voice and tone.Develop social media toolkits to empower internal stakeholders for broader outreach.Spotlight and promote internal narratives showcasing the positive impact of data centers within local communities.Your Compensation :
At Codeword, we recognize that our people are the essence of our business, and we promote pay transparency. Our budget for this role is $100,000 - $115,000, contingent upon experience.
